Provided your computer is still working well enough for you to be online (and if you're reading this it most likely is) we can probably help without even being there. This is especially useful when you just need someone to show you how To get started click the "I Can Help!" button on the right (by far the easiest way). When I am online you will see the "Available Now!" and "Chat With Me" buttons. Click the Download button and follow the instructions provided. |

CrossLoop Instructions: 1) Download CrossLoop and install it, full download and install instructions are provided on the CrossLoop page | ||

2) Launch CrossLoop After the installation has finished, you can open CrossLoop at any time by clicking the icon on your desktop or by opening the program from the start menu. |

3) Create a new CrossLoop account. Or log into your existing account or skip this step, it doesn't matter, it works anyway. |

4) Tell us your Access Code Click the "Share" tab. The Access code is a randomly generated 12-digit number used to encrypt data sent between computers. You provide us with this code which allows us to connect to your computer, it only works once, and only while you have CrossLoop running... your security and privacy are assured. If I am Available, you will see Simply enter a brief description of the issue, your 12 digit Access Code and what time and date suits you best (please use GMT or include your time zone) |

5) Select Connect Click the connect button. Your session should begin momentarily. If it does not begin make sure you have provided us with the correct Access Code and try again. |

6) Allow the Connection Click the "Yes" button to allow us temporary access to your PC. Your session should begin momentarily. |

Select the Disconnect button in the lower right hand corner of the application to end the session at any time. |
