As a rough guide, our usual charge is B500 / hour (one hour minimum for 'on-site' jobs) for service work either at your premises or ours (computer repairs, training, consultancy, etcetera).

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a lengthy, tedious, ongoing process, but we charge by results. You choose a search term or terms, we evaluate the task, and send you a quote. Accept the quote and we start work. Not until your site is on the first page of results for that term/s do we ask for payment. No result - no charge.

Beware companies who promise too much or guarantee number one in Google.

Backup Systems A reliable and easy-to-use back-up system is important to every user and absolutely critical to any business. Data backup involves the storing of files from your computer in another location. In this way, if there is ever any loss of data on your primary machine, you still have your data in backup in order to restore those files. In the world of computers loss of data can be devastating, and while there are possibilities for recovery of data after a disaster it is far easier to restore your files from backup than to attempt to find your data on a crashed, virused, stolen or burnt hard drive.

Farang I.T. Services can design a back-up system to suit any budget and scenario. For business, we recommend a R.A.I.D. based system, this involves adding an adaptor and removable Hard Drive enclosures to your main computer so that the data is constantly duplicated all you need do at the end-of-day is replace the cartridge... you don't even need to stop work or shut-down the computer. This system is rather expensive, so the home user will probably opt for a DVD based system which would cost little more than the back-up media, and, of course, some training...
